Food Log for July 26th 2012

  • Workout - 1 hour of lap swim time, doing 1 lap freestyle per half hour, the rest as back stroke. .5 hour water walking. Bailed out early because 2 hours is a ton of time and both arms and legs were in pain.
  • Breakfast / Post-Workout - 2 large bananas, 7oz (weight) of grapes.
  • Lunch - Mixed Grill from Olive Garden at business lunch
  • Dinner - Orange Roughy filet, Salad with Mushrooms, Two sliced tomatoes, Frozen veggies (Carrots, green peppers, broccoli)
