Food Log for August 9th 2012

  • Workout - 5 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes working arms with 5lb weights. 45 minutes of backstroke.
  • Breakfast - 1 cup of leftover chicken and egg salad from last night, large bowl of cherries.
  • Lunch - 1 cup of leftover chicken and egg salad from last night, large bowl of cherries.
  • Snack - Cherry larabar and Mint Jocolat to make it through my user group.
