Food Log for July 27th 2012

  • Workout - 5ish minutes on recumbant bike, it was uncomfortable because my legs kept bumping the inner track. 10 minutes walking on the treadmill, breaking 10 minutes between each 5 minutes straight. Then to the pool, laps for 30 minutes total, water walking the rest of the time.
  • Breakfast - Two large bananas, 24oz of Applesauce
  • Snack - 1 cooked chicken breast
  • Lunch - Bowl of chicken salad with walnuts, grapes, and homemade mayonaise from Kate.
  • Dinner - Evening meal with friends, burger, two sliced tomatoes, sliced vegetables, salad with homemade salsa as dressing.
