  • Workout - None, worn out from the previous workouts. Shame.
  • Breakfast - Shrimp ommlet
  • Lunch - Salad leftovers, with shrimp leftovers, and salsa leftovers.
  • Dinner - Braised Beef Brisket, with braised vegetables. Glass of wine.
