Food Log for August 1st 2012

  • Workout - 10 minutes of treadmill, big 20 minute break for beating my personal best. 4 minutes on the treadmill to get my heart rate back up, then to the pool. 60 minutes of backstroke in the pool.
  • Breakfast - Support Chik-Fil-A Day! Bunless Cheeseless Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich and large fruit bowl.

  • Dinner - First time doing Paleo Chili, it’ll be an experiment.
