Food Log for August 2nd 2012

  • Workout - 10 minutes on the treadmill, my back was killing me, then 1 hour in the pool backstroke.
  • Breakfast - 3 egg “ommlet” with leftover chili from dinner last night.
  • Lunch - Bowl of Chili
  • Dinner - Cilantro Lime Chicken before my user group talk tonight
