  • Workout - Really sore back again today, 10 minutes treadmill, and 1 hour water walking.
  • Breakfast -
  • Lunch - Dickies BBQ, Garden Salad, Fruit Bowl
  • Dinner - Cod with roasted carrots and sweet potatoe
