Food Log for August 5th 2012

  • Workout - None, weekends are body heal time.
  • Breakfast - Quick two eggs with mustard and a sliced tomato on the way out to church.
  • Lunch - Chipotle salad, double carnitas, guacamole, fresh tomato and green salsa, no dressing.
  • Dinner - Pouch cooked salmon, and Shirataki noodles with organic marinara.
